I have same problem. In old versions of Evolution everything worked fine. I hope that exist some solution for this soon because this bug is irritating... I've already checked in gconf-editor for settings and settings are same as you set them up trough user interface in Evolution but of course without any effect... Is not only 7 day workweek but also lenght of working day... is static.. it wont change even if you use power of Jedi. :)
