It appears that the volume for your sound hardware is turned down.
Please make sure that your volume is turned up toa reasonable level in
the volume controls, accessible by clicking the speaker icon in the top
right hand corner of your screen. Make sure that the sound is not muted,
and adjust the slider half way along or more, to make sure you get sound
output.
