Interesting enough, after changing the global language to English, the systemsettings were almost completely translated (while the rest of the system was English). I then switched back, and now systemsettings looks alright. However I noticed other translation issues in the context menu of files - see attached screenshot. This affects the additional context menu items added by Ark and the Actions submenu,
