Adding a bug task to keep track of it in the Ubuntu iotop package.
Regardless of the locale messages, this is not a translations bug, thus
marking the translations task as invalid.
Btw, it looks strange to me that you've got LC_ALL = "de_DE".

* Did you perhaps set your locale environment variables manually?
