Rhythmbox: Edit -> Preferences -> Library -> Preferred Format -> Click
Edit. Then Rhythmbox hangs. For me it hangs with every format.
Sound Juicer: Edit -> Preferences -> Output Format -> Edit Profiles.
Then it also hangs.
