Comparing the output of "man ssh_config" on Fedora 12 and Ubuntu 10.10,
near the beginning we can see the following paragraph in Ubuntu's page
which does not appear in Fedora's:

"Note that the Debian openssh-client package sets several options as standard 
in /etc/ssh/ssh_config which are
     not the default in ssh(1):

           ·   SendEnv LANG LC_*
           ·   HashKnownHosts yes
           ·   GSSAPIAuthentication yes
"

Maybe we are ranting about this bug in Ubuntu's systems (Launchpad) but
no one has complained in Debian bugtracker? Maybe Ubuntu just uses the
upstream package from Debian, and we should notify Debian?
