During printer setup a wrong driver (HP Color LaserJet 4500) was assigned to your printer. Perhaps the version of Ubuntu which you are using does not yet support your printer. I have checked Lucid and Maverick and Lucid supports (and auto-selects) the HP Officejet 4500 g510g-m, which should be the same printer. Maverick supports your HP Officejet 4500 g510n-z explicitly.
