hi i have an Asus M2A-VM MB, and i've rolled back my BIOS from latest 5001 beta (MB makes a constant high pitch noise in cpu area... it gets higher when in load..) to 2302. anw now although i have selected AHCI inside BIOS ... in linux (disk utility) it is seen as ATA.
