HPLIP 3.10.9 has PPD for deskjet_ink_advant_k109a-z in directory ppd/hpcups/hp-deskjet_ink_advant_k109a-z.ppd.gz. this may happen if ppdc is not generates the PPD from drv file while adding the printer. Can you please check once by update the cups version.
