Through the daily updates i wasn't able to reproduce the bug as I described it. Actually I removed the manual installed nvidia driver, then tried to install it again via r-m. It only downloaded an extracted a file named 'nvidia-glx_1.0.9755+2.6.20.4-13.14_i386.deb'. After a reboot the XServer couldn't get load. '/lib/modules/2.6.20-13-gerneric/volatile/nvidia.ko could not be open' => 'Failed to load NVIDIA kernel modules'. I thought it maybe work when I install a 386 Kernel again, but this time it didn't work with that kernel, too. Now the r-m provides no driver for my Nvidia card any longer. So I will reinstall it manual again.
