Binary package hint: gnome-panel
On my system, the window list only shows the windows for the screen the
panel is on. I have an external monitor attached to my laptop, and any
windows on that monitor do not show in the panel.
Note, if I move a window from the external screen to the laptop LCD, the
window appears in gnome-panel.
