Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: rdesktop
Details:
Ubuntu Netbook Edition 10.10
Rdesktop Version 1.6.0
Kernel 2.6.35-22-generic
When running rdesktop -f (full screen) the Unity desktop toolbars on the
left and top of the screen react to the mouse, rather than the remote
system. As a result, apps will launch from the left tookbar (rather
than icons displayed in the rdesktop session) and it is impossible to
click on any menu items or minimize/maximize/close buttons on a
maximized window in the remote session.
It is a repeatable problem and has persisted through updates.
I don't know if this is an rdesktop or a Unity problem, but I'll be
happy to test further per any suggestions here.
