I'm trying to install Ubuntu 10.10 i386 Server using manual partitioning. When I create a single ext4 file system covering the entire disk, the "bootable flag" of the new file system is shown as "off". When I select it and press enter, the text "Please wait... Computing the new state of the partition table..." briefly flashes on the screen, but the state of the bootable flag remains "off".
I have not verified whether or not the flag actually changes on disk, but I am unable to make the user interface display it as "on". -- boot flag doesn't show as set in partitioner https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/602963 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
