Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: thunar

This has bugged me for many, many xubuntu releases. I always held off
reporting it because I once attracted the fury of xfce fanboys on a
forum for mentioning it but as far as I am concerned it is a bug.

Transfer a large file. The estimated time remaining will start off at a
few minutes and eventually get to "1 min remaining". Wait that one
minute then it changes to "60 seconds remaining". So in effect it was
not "1 min remaining" at all...it was two minutes remaining. After 2
minutes remaining it should drop to 60 seconds remaining NOT 1 minute
then 60 seconds.
