Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: eclipse-gcj
According to information submitted to our support forum (on
Linmagazine.co.il) the folowing error occures when trying to create a
new project in Eclipse (in my case it is eclipse-gcj + RDT, RadRails and
Subclise):
-e:3:in `load': /usr/bin/rails:4: syntax error, unexpected '=', expecting ']'
(SyntaxError)
if [ "x$1" = "x" ]; then
^
/usr/bin/rails:4: syntax error, unexpected ']', expecting $end
if [ "x$1" = "x" ]; then
^ from -e:3
I can confirm to have the same problem with current Feisty. To
reproduce:
1. Install eclipse-gcj
2. Install RDT, RadRails (installed to home directory, optionaly install Aptana
and Subclipse)
3. Create a new workspace in Eclipse
4. Create a new Rails project (with skelaton and WEBrick server)
All eclipse plugins are installed from their respective update-sites, so
recent and up to date.
