I forgot to attach second package adding one missing icon in Oxygen theme. ___ These two packages solve the problem with nm-applet in Kubuntu 10.10 with default Oxygen theme. You can rebuild packages for your theme (just change "Depends" in DEBIAN/control and path ./usr/share/icons/<your_theme>/*).
