Hello fabio, I have done a clean install of Maverick on my eee 1000H with all the latest updates. The problem is still there. Some of the files you are asking are missing on my computer:
(/var/log/ker.log and /var/log/Xorg.1.log) Anyway I'm sending you the files I have. I hope it will help.
