Hi! I have also a R780 laptop and my Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick doesn´t recognize my internal wireless card from Realtek (R8192E). I tried to use the driver from Dirk-Hoeschen too without success (the drivers provided from Ubuntu 10.10 doesn´t work). I have tried to use NdisWrapper, but this causes more problems, just like a unbootable Ubuntu...
