According to Bram Moolenaar (vim developer) a patch to support multi-byte
characters in 'langmap' was added with vim 7.2.109.
The vim version in Ubuntu 10.10 (maverick) contains already that patch. Sergey,
can you check if you still have the problem?
The description for patch 7.2.109 is:
Problem: 'langmap' does not work for multi-byte characters.
Solution: Add a list of mapped multi-byte characters. (based on work by
Konstantin Korikov, Agathoklis Hatzimanikas)
