Is this problem present with the latest updated Lucid's or Maverick's packages?

On startup, Ubuntu Lucid bottom panel crashes, Windowslist, WorkspaceSwitcher
and ShowDesktop applets don't load, instead i get 3 different "error" dialogs
that say "The panel encountered a problem while loading..." do you want to
delete delete the applet...
