It can't be synced at this point as it build-depends on tcl-dev >= 8.5
and we still have our tcl on 8.4. To get 0.3.3 into natty we'll have to
make a merge - afaik we are not going to switch from tcl 8.4 to 8.5 as
default in natty.
If you are interested in creating a merge go ahead, if not I was
planning on working on it after the UDS.
