Since more recent releases have already fixed this I'm marking it as fix
released. Also this does not seem to be a good candidate for either an
SRU or a backport since it is not a critical bug fix with a minimal fix,
and karmic is outdated. It appears that lucid has a working version.
If that is not the case, then it might be a candidate for a backport
since it is an LTS.
