Bug confirmed !!!
Crucial and important bug. 

The system now hangs for about 75 secs on "Configuring networks
interfaces" during boot up.

My system specs :
Ubuntu 7.04 beta (with latest updates)
HP TC4400 Tablet PC 
Core 2 Duo 
1.5 GB ram
Intel 945 GM chipset.

uname -a ==> 2.6.20-13-generic #2 SMP Sun Mar 25 00:21:25 UTC 2007 i686 
GNU/Linux
dmesg.log and lspci-vvnn.log are attached.
