corax, thank you for reporting this bug and helping to make Ubuntu
better.  In Maverick, opened a new OOo Writer document, created text
with Helvecta & Times New Roman fonts, exported as PDF, looks good in
both Adobe Reader & Evince (please see attached PDF file & screenshot).
As per our IRC discussion, please attach a PDF file that demonstrates
the reported problem and toggle the status to new. Marking incomplete.
