apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected

** Description changed:

  1. Log in and connect to a wireless network
  2. Select system -> log out -> switch user.
BUG: The network is disconnected. You can confirm this by logging in as root
in a virtual console.
  3. Log in as another user
  4. Log out
  5. Resume the session of the first user.
SERIOUS BUG: Even though you connect/disconnect/reconnect to the wifi
connection, internet access doesn't work. Logging out and in doesn't help
either. A reboot is necessary to regain network connectivity.
