Binary package hint: usb-creator
The Samba mount is working fine - I verified this by copying the ISO to
a local drive straight after trying to use it directly from the USB
creator.
The USB creator could read the file to display the distribution
information, but clicking "Make startup disk" results in "Installation
failed."
