Public bug reported:

In Feisty, the only options I have when I press the power button on my
computer is "ask me" or "shutdown". "Sleep" and "Hibernate" aren't
included in the drop down menu, and they should be.

Also, there's a bar that lets me set the time to wait before sleeping,
but there's not a similar one for hibernate. Windows XP has this option
and I use it a lot.

Lastly, I can't find a disk idle time prefernce. It's not really
important to me but I thought I would mention it because Windows XP also
has this option.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
