I run the command ("apport-collect 668604")in a terminal.
Following the guide to operation, in the end, displaying : 更新问题报告
未收集更多信息。
It means:
Update deg report: could't collect more information.
Note: My OS is Zh_ch ( simplified chinese)
What I should do ,or what I can do for you ?
