sorry its not commited yet, I was going to compile this fix as a
package, didn't realize, changing status now, just to fixed, or
patched... sorry, also if you update your kernel to 2.6.35-23 this issue
will come back and you will have to redo the entire process. Wish there
was a better way to fix this.
