I see. No problem. Unfortunately we cannot confirm a networking problem until you try it on another network. Though, this seems to point VERY strongly towards a networking issue. If you get the chance to try anytime soon I would greatly appreciate a report back here verifying if the problem was resolved and thus confirm the network issue.
