Thanks for your bug report and help to make ubuntu better.
Mutter is known to have slowdown issues on some hardware. Please, file a
bug upstream to help the team to fix it. Meanwhile, unity is moving to
compiz in Natty instead of mutter to not beeing slow down by mutter. So,
I'll set it as won't fix. Please, do not hesitate to report new bug
reports after natty alpha1 trying unity and the compiz version :)
