Binary package hint: evince
evince-thumbnailer is giving me strange results when the destination is
outside of the /home directory path
Here is my test folder which you can see is owned by me and has full
permissions.
and...@andrew-desktop:/var/test$ ls -lah
total 8.0K
drwxrwxrwx 2 andrew andrew 4.0K 2010-11-02 16:10 .
drwxr-xr-x 16 root root 4.0K 2010-11-02 16:10 ..
The following does work.
evince-thumbnailer /home/andrew/Desktop/21078_full.jpg /home/andrew/test.png
The following does work.
evince-thumbnailer /home/andrew/Desktop/21078_full.jpg /home/test/test.png
The following does not work.
evince-thumbnailer /home/andrew/Desktop/21078_full.jpg /var/andrew/test.png
Tested on Maverick.
