debconf: DbDriver "config": /var/cache/debconf/config.dat is locked by
another process: Resource temporarily unavailable
This signifies that another process is running holding your debconf
configuration data open for writing.
I'm certain that a reboot would solve this, or possibly try running
again verifying that update-manager is not running in the background.
