** Description changed: Binary package hint: transmission - I'm no longer able to open my Transmission BitTorrent client after installing updates on my Ubuntu 10.10 64-bit computer. The error message I get while trying to open Transmission on the terminal is: "transmission: error while loading shared libraries: libappindicator.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory". I have tried several things to fix this and it still will not open. I was able to fix the problem by creating a symbolic link using "sudo ln -s /usr/lib64/libappindicator.so /usr/lib64/libappindicator.so.0". However, since this was incredibly annoying, I am reporting this as a bug in an attempt to save other users from going through what I did.
