Binary package hint: network-manager Currently using Ubuntu 10.10 which was upgraded from 10.04 online. Package having problem : network-manager 0.8.1+git.20100810t184654.ab580f4-0ubuntu2 Description: When I was using Lucid, network manager applet automatically detected any usb modem devices and made it ready for connection. After upgrade to Maverick, sometimes the devices are not at all detected. Some times after a restart, when I plug the usb and wait for around five minutes, it gets detected. There are no problems in connecting. + + I tried using many devices.
