"Disk Utility" does not show me UUIDs

The partition numbering is also suspect.
=> not so sure, I presume sda4 is an extended partition and sda5 is a logical
partition
it's common to name extended partition as sda4 to put it on end of four
entries table
Please try to reinstall Grub, with following link:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Grub2#Reinstalling%20from%20LiveCD
It could (I said could) fix your issue.
