After some trial and error, I found it was a configuration issue. The parttool
module requires the following format:
parttool (hd0,1) hidden-
parttool (hd0,1) boot+
parttool (hd0,2) hidden+
parttool (hd0,2) boot-
parttool (hd0,3) hidden+
So, it needs parentheses around the partition and can only accept one partition
argument at the time.
Would be nice to have the usage format documented for each module. Lesson
learned: don't trust arbitrary documentation hints on the web!
