I deleted $HOME/.evolution, $HOME/.gconf/apps/evolution, logged out and
back in. The crash occurs when I switch to Exchange MAPI from the setup
wizard, enter in my Exchange server (still crashes, by IP or hostname),
and click Authenticate.
