Your logs dont indicate that it was running for '5 to 30 minutes'. Also your logs are pretty useless (other than showing the exception). Generally we prefer logs from 'debug -d' which dumps out much more information.
As I said, we could probably clean up the log and give a user friendly message instead of the stack trace. I actually just did that.
