Hi Naveen.
Luke and Fabio were requesting extra information to be supplied with the
apport-collect tool. Those results have not appeared in this bug page
yet.
What does the Terminal window display after you run the command given by
Luke:
apport-collect -p alsa-base 645991

i have dell vostro and when i connect to head phone sound comes from headphone
as well as speaker .
