My sincere apologies for not providing enough information.
Until now, the bugs that I raised in ubuntu weren't manually raised, but
were raised by some automated application which adds all the necessary
details itself. However, as you mentioned this didn't quite happen well
this time.
I really am at a loss as to what kind of information is to be added to
this as I haven't quite done it even once before.
Once again, sorry for taking the time of Ubuntu developers without
providing the necessary information.. I will close the bug.
