I too have the same problem. My doubt is if it's not hardware related,
since these crashes started after i switch from an ati graphics card to
a nvidia one (i'm using nvidia-glx 9755 and beryl, but this happens with
just metacity too, i'm going to disable composite and then tell some
more).
