I'm currently not using any external disks. I've installed from Usb. Yes i have dual boot with damn xp for playing games (it is on a different hdd). But i was having same problem before using dual boot. (I ve installed new hdd with xp then updated grub for adding other os to boot menu.) in grub cfg there is "insmod ext2" entries visible, but i'm using ex4 filesystem. This is not relevant with my problem i guess, but i'm not sure if it is right either. Thanks. ** Attachment added: "My Grub Configuration File" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2/+bug/668224/+attachment/1724686/+files/grub.cfg -- ubuntu 10.10 Grub gives message error: out of disk https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/668224 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
