Binary package hint: grub

Hello. There's no point in setting GRUB_DEFAULT to other than 0 in
/etc/default/grub, because whenever you install a new kernel your
precous entries get higher and higher indexes. it would be much better
to also allow text to be written here this way update-grub would set the
entry with given title to be the default, this way working around the
index change.
