revtex4-1.cls (provided by texlive-publishers) lists the textcase
package (provided by texlive-latex-extra) as a dependency. The
revtex4-1 class therefore cannot be used unless texlive-latex-extra is
installed, so it might be a good idea to add this as a dependency. Is
this an acceptable option?
