Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: checkbox
1) Ubuntu release
ubu...@ubuntu:~$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 10.10
Release: 10.10
2) Package name and version
ubu...@ubuntu:~$ dpkg -S /usr/bin/checkbox-gtk
checkbox-gtk: /usr/bin/checkbox-gtk
ubu...@ubuntu:~$ apt-cache policy checkbox-gtk
checkbox-gtk:
Installed: 0.10.3
Candidate: 0.10.3
Version table:
*** 0.10.3 0
500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ maverick/main amd64 Packages
100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
3) I expected that pressing the "Test" button would launch Firefox with
a video file URL as the instructions specified.
4) What actually happened:
After I selected "No" as the response for the first Firefox test of flash
content (because no flash player was installed on LiveCD, and it failed to
select the "Universe" component when I accepted that option in preparation for
installing gnash), I selected the "Next" button, skipped the rest of the flash
tests and tried to open the non-flash video in Firefox test by selecting
"Test". The button changed to depressed state (grey), but no Firefox window
appeared.
