Navegando encontré esta pagina la cual indica de un driver desarrollado para Linux el cual a mi me funciono (incluso con WI-Fi), solo realice lo siguiente:
http://www.openprinting.org/printer/Epson/Epson-TX420W_Series Instalacion del LSB: sudo apt-get install lsb Y luego descargue el DEB para ubuntu. Buena Suerte.
