There was a problem after updating the KDE-libs and i rolled back to a previous
backup.
After the last manual update excluding the KDE-libs it seems that the problem
has gone.
~$ dpkg -l | grep tzdata
ii tzdata 2010m-0ubuntu0.10.04
time zone and daylight-saving time data
ii tzdata-java 2010m-0ubuntu0.10.04
time zone and daylight-saving time data for
But i have the same problem on another PC with a complete other (new)
installation.
I will check it there.
