Thanks for the report. The RXTX library is installed in the correct
location, per Debian policy [1]. The bug is actually in the JRE/JDKs for
not looking in the right place. See bug #325506. I'm marking this bug a
duplicate of that one.
This bug has been fixed in openjdk-6-jre [2] but is open in sun-java [3]
