Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mono

We expect to be able to enter accented text in fields, that is to press the
accent key "´" and a character like "a" and see an accented "á" appear.
What happens? the "a" appears with no accent.

My Ubuntu version is Maverick and i'm using the default mono and winforms
packages:
- libmono2.0-cil 2.6.7-3ubuntu1
- libmono-winforms2.0-cil 2.6.7-3ubuntu1

Afaik the problem is related to WinForms .
